Nicole McGovern English

Nicole McGovern is an experienced Leaving Cert English tutor with a strong academic background. She holds an MSc from The University of Edinburgh, where she studied both the technical and traditional aspects of historical study, and an MA from the National University of Ireland Galway. Nicole also earned a BA in Classics and Archaeology from NUIG, graduating with first-class honours, and is skilled in interdisciplinary research across literature, film studies, anthropology, and archaeology.

Her interdisciplinary background allows her to approach English in a well-rounded way, helping students to engage with the subject from different perspectives, which makes her sessions both comprehensive and effective.
